This page is not a sales pitch. It is a declaration of how we approach domain value comparison — the standards we hold ourselves to, and the standards we believe the industry should adopt. Read our principles before you engage our services. If they resonate, we'll work well together.
These are non-negotiable. They govern every comparison report we produce, every recommendation we issue, and every conversation we have with clients.
A domain's worth depends on who is asking, what they intend to build, and where their audience lives. We never quote a figure without understanding the context first.
We do not accept referral fees from registrars, hosting providers, or marketplace platforms. Our comparisons are free from financial bias — full stop.
Every comparison report includes a methodology appendix. You will know exactly which signals we weighted, which tools we consulted, and which factors we deliberately excluded.
Domain values shift. We timestamp every assessment and refuse to present stale data as current insight. Reports older than 90 days carry a mandatory review flag.
We only place domains side-by-side when they share genuine comparability — same TLD class, similar traffic profile, overlapping intent category. Apples to oranges comparisons are rejected at intake.
Your comparison data belongs to you. We never resell insights derived from your portfolio, and you can request full deletion at any point.
When our analysts disagree internally on a valuation, we include the dissenting view in the report. Certainty is earned, not performed.

Terms of Service — Effective from 1 January 2026
InsightDomainValue provides domain comparison and valuation services on an engagement basis. All engagements begin with a non-binding scoping conversation and proceed only upon mutual written agreement on scope, timeline, and fees.
Reports and analyses produced by InsightDomainValue represent our professional opinion based on the data available at the time of assessment. They do not constitute financial advice, legal counsel, or guaranteed market predictions.
Clients retain full ownership of all reports produced for their engagement. InsightDomainValue retains the right to reference the engagement anonymously in aggregate statistics (e.g., "We have completed X comparisons this year") but will never disclose client identity, domain names, or specific findings without written permission.
Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date. Late payments incur a 2% monthly charge. Either party may terminate an engagement with 7 days' written notice; fees for completed phases remain due.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before litigation is pursued.
